Elevate your awards with the Express Foam Champ Chain. Two customizable layers, up to 64” sq inches, custom shaped, made in the USA in just 5 production days. The material is technically called “PVC Foam”. It has a pleasant and high-quality textured feeling. Even though it is called “foam” it is extremely firm and will bend only slightly under pressure. Material comes in both black or white colors. These colors will show on the sides & backs and anywhere on the artwork that is left unprinted. So the color should be chosen based on what will look best with your client's artwork. You have two levels to customize your chain: The 1st level is the base or bottom layer. This is where you’ll want to add background elements or foundational design elements as this layer serves as the jumping-off point of your design. This is also the layer where the eyelet will be attached. The 2nd level is the top layer. This is where you’ll want elements that you need to “pop” off the design, like the client's logo. As this part literally sticks out from the base layer.
